Short description
Module 1 is an introduction to the OPTIMA project and its objectives. The first chapter addresses the Erasmus+ European Fund and its opportunities. Then, the OPTIMA project, its objectives, expected results, and expected impacts on the identified target groups will be analyzed. Finally, the online e-learning platform developed within the project will be presented, providing information on its use and specifying its features.
Objectives of the module
- Knowledge of the Erasmus+ program and the opportunities it offers European businesses
- Knowledge and understanding of the rationale and objectives of the OPTIMA project and how it fits into the Erasmus+ framework
- Ability to convey project information to the farmers participating in the course
Learning outcomes
This first module provides an introduction to the OPTIMA project, its specific objectives, and the European fund that funded it. By the end of this Module 1, mentors will be familiar with the OPTIMA project, its results, the target groups involved, and how to engage them.
Mentors will also receive training on the Erasmus+ European Fund that funded the project, including funding channels and opportunities offered by this fund.
Regarding the training program, mentors will be trained on it and will be able to deliver it, assisting students in using the digital training platform.
Thanks to this module, mentors will also learn how to use the training platform created by the project: how to start a lesson, upload and download documents, take a quiz, etc.
